Song fang Tea House

Lorsque j'ai découvert le salon de thé Song Fang en feuilletant le Elle Déco version Chine, je me suis dit "pourquoi pas tester...". Tous les ingrédients étaient réunis pour que cette étoile montante devienne une valeur sûre: thé précieux de Chine et de France, ambiance old shanghai lumineux, service agréable et bienveillant. Au final, après mon premier passage là bas, il m'est arrivé régulièrement d'y retourner. Bizarrement, ce n'était pas forcément QUE pour le thé... A Song fang, il y' a peu de bruit voir pas du tout ce qui nous permets d'apprécier les oldies en fond sonore. Et puis... Le wifi qui nous accompagne dans la dégustation du thé et d'un bon bouquin.

Afternoon tea at the Peninsula hotel

Par un bel après-midi, rien de mieux que de se laisser emporter par des notes jazzy d'un orchestre live. Peninsula hotel propose dans son lobby deux menus pour l'afternoon tea: un salé et l'autre plus sucré... C'est sans surprise qu'à chaque fois , je me laisse tenter par le second et je vous en laisse apprécier.

On a sunny day, there is nothing better than to enjoy jazzy sounds with a 100% shanghainese live band. Peninsula hotel suggest two menus for the afternoon tea: a salted one and a sweet one... Don't bother me if I always take the second one...

在一个晴天 我打算去半岛饭店享受爵士乐和一个管弦乐.半岛饭店提议我们两种套餐:一种咸的或一种甜的.不要怪我因为我每次都是订第二种 :)

"La Vue " Hyatt on the Bund

Je ne pouvais pas commencer ce nouveau blog sans un premier billet sur le fooding... Le restaurant "La Vue" est situé au 32e étage de l'hôtel Hyatt on the Bund. Rien de très clinquant, intérieur plutôt sage, confortable and classique.

I cannot start my new blog without telling you something about fooding... The restaurant "La Vue" is located on the 32 th floor of the Hyatt on the Bund. What a surprise, there is nothing really fancy and the interior is rather wise, cosy and classy.

我不可以开始写我的博恪如果没有提食品。。。这家"La Vue" 餐馆坐落在外滩茂悦大酒店的32楼. 当时，我感到很吃惊因为里面的饰物一点不花巧. 主要是有舒服的感觉和古典的气氛。
